Monsieur,J'ai l'honneur de candidater pour les postes d'assistant à l'import export, logistique expedition et transport, enfin assistant à l'achat et l'approvisionnement.
Ce sont des postes que
l’on retrouve essentiellement dans les moyennes et grandes entreprises
tournées vers le commerce international (entreprises de transport,
commerce de gros, biens d’équipements, biens de consommation, sociétés
de services, distribution...). Les échanges internationaux
s’intensifiant : ce poste trouve de nouvelles opportunités
L’assistant import-export assure les opérations de gestion logistiques
et administratives dès lors qu’une commande est passée et ce jusqu’à sa
livraison et son paiement.
Il participe à la constitution des dossiers en
effectuant les opérations d’enregistrements, en élaborant les documents
douaniers et en établissant les formulaires règlementaires.
Véritable interface entre les services internes de
l’entreprise et les partenaires, il coordonne leurs actions.
L’assistant import-export réalise ses missions en français et en
anglais, mais aussi parfois en d’autres langues étrangères. Le poste d’assistant import-export est sédentaire à 80%. L’assistant
exerce depuis son bureau et ne se déplace que rarement chez ses clients.
Les entreprises où l’on trouve le poste d’assistant import-export sont
majoritairement des PME-PMI et des grandes entreprises industrielles ou
commerciales de tout secteur d’activité.
L’assistant import-export est en contact avec de multiples
interlocuteurs. Au sein de son entreprise, il communique avec la
direction de son service et coordonne les actions entre l’entreprise et
les partenaires extérieurs. Il est l’interlocuteur direct des différents
intervenants : clients, compagnies d’assurances, douanes, chambres de
commerce...
